AfriGo Agro Industrial Park is the sole portfolio of NCDF Group’s AfriGo platform. Our focus is to develop a practical industrial setting in which agricultural businesses can process, handle and prepare products for their chosen markets.

AfriGo’s role is to bring these considerations into the development of one agro-industrial park. We aim to create a setting where capable enterprises can organise production with greater clarity about the infrastructure and services on which they depend.

The park’s economic case depends on demand for facilities and services, realistic operating costs and the ability to maintain those services. Potential income may arise from agreed occupancy and park services, according to the eventual ownership and operating arrangements.
Revenue earned by independent processing businesses is distinct from income earned by the park. CoopX marketplace income and AfriGoOS software revenue are outside AfriGo’s retained portfolio.
